A portfolio management agent periodically calls the /api/score-token endpoint for each held token to track score changes and recommendations. When a score drops below 65 or recommendation turns to SKIP, the agent triggers a sell order, enabling risk-managed rebalancing.

Using the /api/hot-tokens endpoint with min_score=85 and hours=6, a market-making bot identifies the top performing tokens in the last 6 hours. It then deep-dives into each via /api/score-token and /api/smart-money/activity to find accumulation signals, executing sweep buys on tokens with strong confluence.

An agent leverages /api/smart-money/activity to track wallets flagged as smart money. When a wallet accumulates a new memecoin (signal: ACCUMULATION) with a high Trencher score (>80), the agent mirrors the trade, enabling retail users to piggyback on informed capital flows.

A fully automated trading bot uses TrencherAI as its signal provider. It scans hot tokens every 30 minutes, validates top candidates via score-token, and filters for those with smart_money: true and score >= 80. It then integrates this signal into its execution engine for automated buy/sell decisions on Base chain DEXs.

Each endpoint call costs a fixed USDC amount (e.g., $0.05, $0.02, $0.10) paid via x402. No subscriptions or API keys — clients pay exactly for what they use, making it ideal for low-volume or experimental traders.

Offering bulk prepaid credits (e.g., 1000 calls for $40) via smart contract or off-chain agreement, with usage tracked by wallet address. This provides a discount versus pay-per-call while guaranteeing recurring revenue.
