Subhuti Coach Frameworkv1.0.0

A SaaS platform that uses the Subhuti Coach Framework to train AI assistants to deliver ICF-aligned executive coaching with a Buddhist-informed tone. Leaders receive daily nudges, weekly check-ins, and 30-day progressive programs personalized to their needs.

HR departments integrate the 35 micro-practices, burnout assessments, and accountability templates into employee wellness initiatives. The 30-day calendar provides a ready-made curriculum for reducing stress and building resilience.

A training academy licenses the framework to teach human coaches the Subhuti Method, using the 50+ dialogues for role-play and the ICF mapping for credentialing. Graduates earn a certification in Buddhist-informed coaching.

A mobile app uses the daily nudge library, wisdom quotes, and assessment tools to guide users through a 30-day personal transformation journey. The AI coach adapts to individual progress and escalates when clinical issues arise.

Coaching platforms integrate the framework's escalation criteria to detect when users need therapy and refer them to licensed professionals. The system provides a warm handoff and continues coaching within safe boundaries.

AI companies pay a license fee to integrate the Subhuti Coach Framework into their conversational agents, gaining access to proprietary dialogues and methodology. This enables them to offer differentiated coaching products without building content from scratch.

Organizations subscribe monthly per employee to access the 30-day program, assessments, and nudge library through a white-labeled portal. HR teams receive analytics on burnout risks and engagement.

Individual coaches enroll in a paid certification course that teaches the framework, includes all 5 documents, and provides ongoing supervision. Certification grants rights to use the Subhuti Method with clients.
